Concert for the launch of my new album " Crossing Life's Ocean "
Welcome to this short video recap of my new album launch and release celebration, filmed live at Triyoga Camden, London. This evening was a gathering of hearts, voices, and intention — sharing mantra, music, and presence to mark the birth of this new album. It was a joy to see so many beautiful souls come together in community, to chant, meditate, and celebrate the power of sound to heal and transform. The album itself is a collection of sacred mantras, chants, and devotional pieces, created to support inner stillness, uplift the spirit, and guide us home to the timeless part of ourselves. Among these tracks is my newly recorded version of the mantra “Akaal,” offered to help souls journey beyond earthly frequencies into the realms of light — a chant of remembrance that we are, at our essence, deathless and infinite. Thank you to everyone who joined me at Triyoga Camden, and to all who continue to walk this musical and spiritual path alongside me. I hope these sounds bring you as much peace and inspiration as they brought me while recording them. 🔔 Please like, share, and subscribe if this music resonates with you — and feel free to share your reflections or experiences in the comments below. "Akaal"- by Siri Sadhana Kaur - Official Video
Across many spiritual traditions, human life is seen as a sacred opportunity — a chance to do deep inner work and ultimately journey back “Home.” In Sikh and Kundalini Yoga practice, when someone passes on, we chant the mantra “Akaal,” meaning deathless, immortal, timeless. This sacred sound gently reminds the soul of its true nature, beyond birth and death. Traditionally, family, friends, or a congregation will chant “Akaal” — often 3, 5, or 11 times — dedicating this vibration to help the soul rise. Over a period of 17 days, chanting “Akaal” for 11 minutes daily can support the soul in moving through the heavier earthly frequencies, clearing karmic layers and learning from this life before entering a higher plane of consciousness. The power of this chant can lovingly guide the soul beyond the pull of the earth’s electromagnetic field into the realms of light. For those who remain, it also offers healing, reminding us all of the timeless nature of spirit. The mantra is pronounced as two syllables — uh-Kaal — the first soft and short, the second longer and deeper. Each repetition begins with a full, conscious inhale. In practice, we may also cross our hands over the heart, sending love to the departing soul.
